Terms of Service

You sign in with a Google or Telegram account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

After signing in you must set up two-factor authentication (TOTP). This protects your account; we cannot be liable for losses resulting from not completing setup.

If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

We aim to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur.

Product images are for reference only; actual items may differ slightly due to display settings.

If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when the order is placed.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• The item is out of stock or delisted
• A price or description error is evident
• Payment is not completed within 30 minutes
• Fraud or abusive ordering is suspected
• The delivery address cannot be served

Prices are as shown on the product page, in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Prices exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout from item dimensions and weight.

We accept bank transfer and card payments (Stripe). For bank transfer, upload your payment proof and we will confirm within one business day.

Phone verification and two-factor authentication are required before payment. These protect both parties.

We deliver to Malaysia and Singapore only.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Public holidays may cause delays.

Transit time is determined by the courier. We are not liable for courier delays but will assist with enquiries.

Remote areas (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) may incur a surcharge, already reflected in the shipping fee.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to the courier.

If an item is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, we will replace or refund it free of charge.

Inspect the parcel on arrival. If visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us.

All site content (text, images, design, code) belongs to us or the respective rights holders.

You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for:

• Delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government action)
• Failed delivery caused by incorrect address details supplied by you (you bear the shipping cost)
• Losses arising from third-party service outages (payment, courier, SMS)
• Indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes should first be resolved by good-faith discussion; failing that, the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction.

If you are located in Singapore you may also rely on local consumer protection legislation.

We may amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
